• 50% of users find value in using WhatsApp for reminders — events, appointments, webinars. ↗️
• 54% prefer receiving order updates via WhatsApp — timely info matters. ↗️
• Users rely on hacks — calendar blocks, third-party apps — just to schedule texts. Most feel they’re unreliable and want something native.
I found:
